Any additional expenses arising due to unforeseen situations such as extra hotel stays, meals, transportation, or route changes shall be borne by the participant.
Every participant must possess a valid Driving License suitable for the motorcycle they will be riding.
Wearing an ISI/DOT/ECE-certified helmet is mandatory throughout the trip.
Riders must strictly follow all traffic rules and local government regulations.
Riding under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited.
Participants are solely responsible for their riding behavior and any traffic violations committed during the trip.
The organizer shall not be responsible for any accident caused due to rash or negligent riding.
Riders are responsible for the safety of their luggage, riding gear, electronic devices, cash, and other personal belongings.
Tour itineraries may be changed without prior notice due to weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, natural disasters, or any unavoidable circumstances.
